University Equity 和 Civil Rights Compliance

University Equity 和 Civil Rights Compliance (ECRC) supports this purpose by monitoring the educational environment 和 workplace to stop, 纠正, 和 prevent discrimination on the basis of protected status. We make policy recommendations, 提供培训, 和 provide avenues for the resolution of grievances which are based on protected status.

To further the University's efforts to foster a diverse student body 和 workforce, ECRC often collaborates with campus partners who have responsibilities for those efforts, 比如 Office of Diversity 和 Inclusion 和 University Human 资源.

Should any member of the campus community experience discrimination or harassment based on a protected class status, including 性ual harassment or other 性ual misconduct, or retaliation due to a protected disclosure or activity, they are asked to contact the Director of Equity 和 Civil Rights Compliance 和 Title IX Coordinator. 进一步, reports may also be submitted for violations of the University's policy on freedom of expression.
